Time:
You can help your community by donating your time and energy! We always need volunteers for our community outreaches and food box distributions during the year and during the holidays. You can also sign up to be a mentor to a young community member in need of a positive adult figure in their lives, email info@stayfocused.com for more information.

Additionally, we are always looking for mentors to help guide our youth population.
Mentors at Stay Focused are what make our Reach 4 Greatness program so special and unique. Future mentors are evaluated through an application process as well as an initial orientation to the R4G program; we then conduct background research and communicate with provided references.
When this process is finished, we train future mentors to be able to provide social and emotional support to their mentee. Mentors are then matched with a mentee based on their strengths, abilities, experiences, and personalities. Mentors must devote one hour or more per week to their mentee to establish and maintain a trusting foundation as well as a lasting friendship.
